The staff was very friendly and make sure that they were there if we needed help. The store has video near the window showing the latest pieces and featured in store. Had a lovely chat to the staff and I must say they are much helpful than other designer stores that I had been too.

No joy! No customer service thanks for a response, online purchase, albeit small, but still not received though paid express shipping, no response to a couple of attempts at customer service email.....
