I've been a tenant of city relay for 2 1/2 years. I have had nothing but experiences with them. When it came time for me to move again, I of course looked to them to help me find a new place. Today I had a tour of a lovely property with Mr. Akim. He was great, punctual and efficient. He gave me all the information I needed to know while showing me around the property. The flat was light and well furnished just as all the properties I've seen with City Relay. Overall it was a great experience, just the kind of excellent service I have come to expect from City Relay.

This is my go to for apartments whenever I'm down in London. Always reliable, apartments are always clean and customer service is 5*. Akim was so helpful and friendly whilst checking in and was patient whilst I was running late. Even turned on the heating so the property wasn't cold by the time I arrived. I would definitely recommend!
We schedule a viewing for a property with Julia and she was the kindest and loveliest person. We got there and she was waiting for us outside the flat with everything ready so we could have the smoothest experience! She paid attention to all details beforehand like turning on the lights, opening all the curtains and terrace so we could have a better appreciation of the flat! She gave us great tips on the area and after we left she sent us a video tour of the property which has been very useful. Thank you Julia!
Very prompt response from City Relay. Henry was very good in responding to my viewing arrangement. Akim showed me the flat and was very thoughtful took a video to show me what the flat looked like before the sunset. It was a very comfortable viewing experience.
Julia was very helpful and nice. She even sent me a video containing all the flats I viewed after the viewing. The process was super smooth and informative. The properties look nice, clean and cozy. Will recommend this to other people.
