Worst organised company I've ever dealt with! Meant to have a delivery between 8am-1pm on a project....waited until 2pm and called being told it will arrive between 3:30-4pm. Called at 5pm and was told it will arrive at 7pm. I asked to just deliver a different day as I had to leave.... so was put through to customer services in which I was on hold for over half an hour. Ended up hanging up and calling the company I bought items from to use a different courier service to deliver to me. Horrendous! If you have an item being delivered by this courier then I would call the place you bought from and request an alternative courier too....City Sprint will mess you about like mad otherwise!

AVOID! Not fit for purpose. Dreadful throughout the process from booking, to updated information, to having to repeatedly call kind-but-useless customer services, to dealing with an incredibly rude and incompetent driver who is hours and hours and hours late with no reason or apology given. DO NOT TRUST! PS Please do not reply to my message with a blanket template \u003cas you just have\u003e offering for me to contact you via email, even that has proven completely and utterly pointless.

Very disappointed in the service I received, I requested a van while a cyclist was sent instead. City sprint then rearranged a van to come pick up my delivery but as I didn't receive an expected arrival time I missed the pickup. For this service I was charged without refund.
