I have endeavoured to contact Lisson Green Estate Office - the phone number does not exist and the email address given is incorrect. This is unacceptable, time consuming and upsetting. Why can Westminster just not give the correct information on your website?

Visited today to sort out a problem with my key fob, the staff here were super polite, efficient and quick. Could not have been better.
Disgusting service. when you email, you are asked to wait 2 days, but this is just a triage service. After 2 days you are forwarded to the section you required and are then asked to wait a further 5 days. If you are lucky to receive a response and they ask you a question, you then go through the whole triage system again to receive a further answer. In total for one answer you wait 12 days. If you call to ask to talk to the person who originally responded you are told you cannot talk to them directly or mail them directly. This is a service I might add that we pay or. Shocking. Especially when I am trying to pay their service charges. Absolutely shocking. Terrible service. Each year it gets worse.
The second it changed from CityWest Homes to City of Westminster them self’s it became an absolute joke. Going down hill day by day !
