Absolute joke. A few years back they told me over the phone (rudely) that they weren't interested in the coin I had to sell. So i took it elsewhere. More than a month later and after the coin had sold, they bothered to reply to my email, saying they were interested in the coin and would like to feature it in their upcoming items before the auction. Too little too late! Perhaps if you'd bothered to reply sooner than one month, and had someone on the phone who treated people like humans and not dirt, you'd have better reviews on here!
