Parisian bakery in the heart of London. I stumbled upon this cafe whilst staying with a friend in the area. Amazing pastries, lovely staff and some of the best coffee I have had in Europe.

Let's just say that there's a reason that there's regularly a queue down the street! Top notch delicious sweet and savory pastries. Definitely try one of their pistachio brioche donuts!

Whilst I only had coffee, the bakery items and sandwiches that were being prepared looked delicious! The coffee was a great and full of flavour. The staff were very friendly and even at a busy time I wasn't waiting long before being served my drink. Seating is available both indoor and outdoor but is limited.

Food and coffee is alright, but every time I’ve been there, the staff are so rude or short with you. When there are so many other patisseries and coffee shops on Bermondsey street who are super happy to serve you, it makes you question why you’d go to Comptoir
