They have the most unique items and exclusive pieces in London. I was lucky enough to meet one of the owners and he helped me personally to chose my outfit for a red carpet. The store is full of fresh styles and ideas and special thanks to owner for bringing the old Kings road back with a luxury touch. Must visit

I heard about the way the Mangers of Consept treated my friend and have been absolutely appalled. You would think a shop on the Kings Road selling expensive items would know how to behave to people. I was shocked to learn about what happened and I for one won't be ever going back there again.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with this shop. I brought earrings which cost 179 and which broke after me having worn them twice (I was very careful with them and they looked like they had been very cheaply made with a huge mark up on the price). When I called up to ask if I could get some kind of compensation for this, eg a credit note or refund, the manager of the store was incredibly rude and accusational and said it was basically not her problem. Eventually I ended up speaking to the person who owned the store who told me that 200 was not a lot of money for jewellery and that I should not be surprised or upset that earrings costing that amount did not last long. I then suggested that I would tell my friends about his store and how they had behaved and he basically told me he didn’t care as I didn’t sound like I had wealthy friends?! I was left appalled and after that he told me he was going to hang up. I have never been treated so badly in my life by a company. They are incredibly nice to you when you are in the shop but are deeply unpleasant underneath. I would strongly advise people to stay away from this store - the whole situation has been very upsetting. I may as well have just handed Concept over nearly 200 and got nothing for it in return.
