Excellent service & wonderful displays, year after year. The team can pretty much do anything you want! They really look after the plants well, and more importantly their customers. All the team are friendly, professional, knowledgeable & efficient. They love what they do, you can see it. Alex Harbige is probably one of the nicest guys you will ever talk too, willing to take the call whenever you need him, you can't ask for better service then that. Treats his customers with the upmost respect. Over 10 years of super service from them. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

We submitted a request for a quote for some office plants using the form on the website. We received no reply or acknowledgement. We called up the next day to check if the enquiry did go through. Alex Harbige picked up the call and 'huffing and puffing' he complaint that he has many emails to go through and uttered, in somewhat bewailing tone, that he was out all day and he has so much to do and then he proceeded to huff and puff more. The conversation was really uncomfortable and utterly unprofessional. We would give zero stars, but to leave a feedback one must select at least one star.
