We needed to ship some barrels to relatives in Kingston and these guys were really helpful and reasonable. We opted for the all in one door to door service with duty and clearing. It made the whole process a lot quicker and simpler. Staff were really friendly and helpful and barrels arrived on schedule. We use them regularly now, great company!

A* service!! My mum recently returned home to Jamaica as a returning resident and the process was seamless. I did a lot of research and spoke to a few companies before I settled with Crete. Philip visited my mums house to see what she had and to determine whether she had enough to fill her own container. What I liked most is that they were honest, it wasn't about trying to get mum to spend all her money it was about getting my mums goods home in the most cost effective and efficient way. I'm probably not the easiest of customers to deal with as I can be very fussy but Philip clearly knew his stuff. He communicated with us the whole time and even when mum got home he made sure the agent in Jamaica looked after her.
I needed to get some items to my parents in St. Lucia and because of Covid-19 I was so anxious about the whole process as I have never shipped before. Well..called the company last week..enquired about a barrel...was told to expect delivery on sunday and that driver will call an hour before arriving. Today is tuesday and still no call no sign of any delivery of a barrel..wasted my time as i could have gone elsewhere. Would not use or recommend again and i suggest anyone who wants their business handled on time without problems dont use them..
