I came here for Thyroid Surgery and from the moment I stepped in the door I was treated extremely well. From the Receptionist to Surgeons I had 5 star service, they put me at ease and were very professional. I would definitely recommend this hospital to everyone. I would like to thank all the staff that looked after me while I was there.

I was in here yesterday for a small operation, from the moment I walked in through the door I was made to feel relaxed & comfortable. Every member of staff was extremely friendly & couldn’t do enough to look after me. I can highly recommend the Cromwell Hospital & I would like to thank the staff for everything they did for me.
I was an outpatient at this private hospital a few weeks ago and the service was amazing. I saw a brilliant doctor who was so understanding and willing to listen to all my concerns which put me at ease. It wasn’t rushed which was also good. The pharmacy gave my medications instantly. This hospital provides an outstanding service and I highly recommend. Thank you!
Absolute shambles of a hospital, do not waste your time going here. HCA & BMI Clementine are far superior. Please do some research before spending your money. Only good thing here is that pathology are operated on walk in basis, waiting time is fairly short. Other than that, worst experience ever.
