Crepe is not bad, I am amazed they have deployed the the digital approach - ”order & pay on your phone”. Looks like the retail business is accelerating the digitization. Superb!

They boasted it as "Ultimate Hot Chocolate" drink but it was horrible. It was like a cheap chocolate powder mixed in milk. Disgusting taste. I complained to the staff and they add another scoop of the powder to fix it but it didn't help. They should not call it as "Ultimate" because it's horrible and I told them that. They finally refunded the amount. Would never visit again.

I have been looking forward to trying this place out for ages, especially because they offer vegan crêpes, and I am mainly plant-based. The service was lovely, so I have included stars for that, but I am sad to say that, unfortunately, my vegan crêpe was almost inedible. I am not even a picky eater, but the crêpe tasted incredibly strange and just not good, from the too-thick, not-cooked, spongy texture to the dismal flavour. It's so disappointing, as others will inevitably end up trying the vegan option and walk away thinking this is how plant-based options taste, when it is not the case. I have had great vegan crêpes before. Further, the crêpe had so little toppings on it, when I opened it I could hardly even see them, let alone taste any of them. I decided to return the crêpe and politely let them know, and they were very kind about it. I then ordered a non-vegan crêpe as a replacement but was again a bit disappointed to find that, though it was a lot better than the vegan one, it was still dry, not cooked properly, too thick, and mostly tasteless, as again toppings were sparse. For almost 5, I was expecting more. Lovely space and people, so I hope it was just an off-day, crêpe-wise.

Took a while to be seated but that was only due to being busy. Waiter somehow completely forgot all our drinks and as its an open booth, could see they had forgotten as they were being idle until we flagged them down and by that point we had basically finished our crepes. Food was decent though. The coffees were lacking.
