Stay away from this place. I visited their club a few days ago. An offer was made for me and my husband. Without written confirmation of the offer (although I asked multiple times) and without my consent about the membership, one of their sales person made me a member. For the last 8 hours I am asking them to cancel the membership that they created for me without my permission but they aren't even able to solve this. They keep sending irrelevant e-mails and wasting my time rather than correcting their own mistake. Incredibly horrible customer service. Worst I have ever seen in London. Creating my legal complaints about them.

I have been a member for many years, and this used to be a very good club. Unfortunately in recent years, that management has been trying to reduce costs and increase profits at members expenses. At the moment, the cleaning of the of the facilities is poor and repairs take a very long time to be done. In addition, they have now created a rule that members coming to use the spa and the gym are allowed only one towel per visit. The result is, if you wish to use the sauna, you will have to sit on the wood soaked with other people sweats. There has been one member that report getting a blood infection in his foot recently. Don’t believe what they are selling you when you visit

Facilities are great, especially if you want to do tennis. Swimming pools and Spa also very good. But restaurant has poor service, good food but very slow and now struggling even more with new Covid restrictions. Also difficult to book classes and courts unless you sync to exact day and time when they are made available. In minutes they run out

Love it due to it never being too busy but the equipment is in desperate need of a refresh. Appreciate Covid means budgets will be tight but if it doesn't improve I'll be looking elsewhere come end of contract.

Very nice

Very disappointing, no honesty about what is currently on offer. Signed up as a new member and made it clear that due to my mobility disability would require the offered introduction to personal training to use the gym, now told that due to covid19 this is not available - but they are selling personal training session vouchers - so using current situation as an excuse to not fulfill services offered in membership package.

Acceptable facilities, but extremely expensive for what it is. By way of comparison, other nearby tennis clubs (eg Sutton Tenns and Squash Club) charge you a one-off annual membership, and then it's free. My social membership was \u003c40 for the year, and I play about 5 hours a week for free. Compare that with DLRP, and the cost is astronomical. STSC also have a full rota of coaches, 9 courts, lessons for children and adults, and a vibrant social scene, along with some extremely accomplished national teams.

Nice and spacious, loads of kit but pretty old. Also quite costly but very nice place new member and still got lots more to see but definitely see myself spending loads of time there
