Stay well away of this useless Company. They lie and deduct your money for no reason, they never care about Principal Contractors Concerns, RAMs are with insufficient Info and nowhere to sign into them, the lads never had Toolbox Talks nor the Daily Briefing, even some paperwork that was designed by them is completely laughable, No Office Paperwork whatsoever, (Bad RAMS, no PUWER, no Daily Briefing, no Toolbox Talk, no HAVs, no sign in sheets for their Tools, no PPE sheets nor the PPE for the lads), very bad design of all their installed Stuff as its either not resistant or cannot be installed correctly in anyway, they never provide you a laptop or a mobile or a tablet to do their office paperwork. This is the worse company I have worked for through \Crappy Trade Recruitment\ with all empty promises. Stay well Away of \Decra Ltd & Trade Recruitment\ as they love to rip you off in anyway they can. Will score them 0/10 and will never work for them ever again. Even the Main Contractor ISG hates Seeing Decra on their Sites as they are super bad. I had to get my own laptop to design all their office Paperwork for them as there was none at all in the office and had 2 RAMs which 1 of them was Refused by ISG Management as it was all laughable, possibly it was done by a brainwashed & clueless person. STAY WELL AWAY OF DECRA LTD & TRADE RECRUITMENT IF YOU DONT WANT DISSATISFACTION, DISAPPOINTMENT, LIED ABOUT AND IGNORED ALL TOGETHER.
