I really don't understand all these negative reviews. I order from Deliveroo twice a week, and have never had a bad experience. Sure, it has happened that the food has been cold, or the pizza topping looking like a mess all at one side, and the food has occasionally been a little late. However, for someone who orders as often as I do, this is to be expected. Very few things in life are perfect unfortunately. Whenever I have had an issue, however, customer service has always handled it in an impeccable manner, issuing refunds within a matter of minutes, no questions asked. Love this company!

I am very disappointed with the situation my pizza was delivered. If you are going to order a pizza to be delivered think twice.
If I could rate with 0 stars I would. They didn't deliver my order and I've been chasing them for my refund for almost a month. They send me the money but I only got a part of it and they keep telling me they're specialized team is looking into it when I call. When I ask to speak with this specialized team they say you can only communicate with them by email. How convenient. Bottom line- they are thieves. Do yourself a favour and do not use their service!!
Really good service. Driver 6 mins early. Polite respectful. Food hot and as expected. No torn bags. I must be very lucky, judging by other reviews.
Ordered food and the bag arrived ripped. The Deliveroo driver rang the doorbell and then set the bag on the dirty ground next to the rubbish bins, then called us to say our food had arrived, instead of just handing it to us when we opened the door. As a result of him placing the ripped bag on the ground, the food spilt everywhere and was wasted. Worst customer service and no consideration.
