I had a pendant light fitted, and I flagging issues with the installation soon after you left sending pictures of what I deemed to be an unsatisfactory job. , I called several times to follow up and I was told the issue would be rectified. Since speaking, I have been waiting for you to get back to me about a date for an appointment to resolve the issue. This has been going on for several months and I have just been ignored. The workmen were late for the original appointment and cancelled last minute.
