A great place to train and get fit. One 2 one training, group sessions and lots of different defence classes to choose from throughout the week. The team of coaches/ trainers are very experienced. And unlike a lot of other similar places, this gym is clean with no unpleasant smells.

Great place to work out and develop essential self defence skills. I personally lost 10kg in the space of six months with 4 sessions a week and a diet. Would recommend to all.

The guys at DSD are probably the best around for self defense training.My boy is training there and his self confidence about everything even at school with maths and other subjects are improved since.They know how to deal with children.Hat down.

Incredible place to learn martial arts and self defence. The instructors are experienced, passionate and great motivators and the overall atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I can't recommend it highly enough.
