One of the best all-star teams in London! The coaches and the athletes are so supportive and really make you feel welcome no matter what your prior experience. If you are looking to push yourself to the next level LDC will help you be the best you can be in a really welcoming environment. The team is very social and is a great way to also make lifelong bonds with fellow cheerleaders. I would recommend the team to anyone who is looking to be part of something amazing. You really won't regret it!

I joined LDC being very new to cheer and immediately fell in love. The trainers are friendly and professional and they have really catered their teams to all levels, abilities and levels of commitment.They also have a great social aspect where you get to know everyone and it makes you feel like you are a part of the family. If you are looking for adult cheer in London, at any level- look no further.

I felt so welcome the moment I stepped through the door on my first session (which was so nice because I was super nervous!) The coaches all love what they do and are really passionate about giving us the best experience possible and it really shows. Most of the team are all working professionals in London and it's really nice to be around such motivated and hardworking individuals.

I joined this team in September having wanted to get back into cheerleading competitively for a few years. I emailed the coaches for further information and their response was lovely, provided me with lots of useful information, and reassured me that getting back into cheerleading was great idea! I didn't know anyone when I turned up to my first training session but the coaches and staff were so friendly and welcoming, as were all of the other athletes and I quickly felt like part of a family! The coaches and staff are so knowledgeable and are great at what they do, not only working to improve the team itself, but the athletes as individuals, taking time to get to know us all and provide advice and assistance tailored to each athlete and their goals. I would 100% recommend this team and can't wait to see what the future holds!

London Dynasty Cheer was literally the solution to all of my cheer problems! Not only is it a London based team that doesn't break the bank, but the coaches are amazing and the athletes are so welcoming and supportive! Training sessions make my week and I've already seen major improvements in my tumbling skills after being out of cheer and gymnastics for over 4 years!

I was new to cheerleading before starting at LDC and wasn't sure what to expect. But from the moment I walked in for my first taster session I was made to feel so welcome. The coaches cater towards all abilities and give constructive feedback to help each athlete improve their skills. They have also been great over lockdown, offering free classes over Zoom and setting weekly challenges to help everyone continue to feel motivated and connected to their fellow teammates. I would definitely recommend LDC to anyone thinking about starting cheer.

Best team ever. So friendly and supportive, even through lockdown. Going to practice is one of the highlights of my week. I love the themed practices the team does too. Can't wait to stunt and compete!
