I have to say that EasyLetLondon is one of the best letting agency I have encountered in the UK so far. If you quickly need someplace to live in central London (and for a good price), this is arguably the best choice. Responses and services are fairly good (compared to other letting agents I have dealt with). I was living in a shared flat for six months without any problems. If it comes to returning the deposit, there was no substantial problem in my case (I received the whole amount of money).

Currently in a sixth month tenancy with them, that can't end soon enough. Currently on five weeks without hot water or any contact regarding it or reples for an eta when asked. They make next to no effort to maintain contact during issues and have repeatedly failed to make much needed repairs. Room was not cleaned before I arrived and the provided bed was completely broken which took a number of weeks to replace

I think it speaks for itself when a letting agency has a split between 5 star reviews and 1 star reviews - it suggests the potential to be great is certainly there, but that it’s just totally inconsistent (and, in my opinion for this particular agency, not malicious). I had an okay experience with Easy Let for a room I rented in Camden, it was fine and dandy right up until I was ready to leave, at which point communication became a bit difficult and the prospect of having my deposit unduly withheld came into the picture. That said, it all worked out fine in the end, I got in touch and I got my money back - which is why this is getting a solid 3 stars. Stressful but resolved. It’s a bit hit and miss and is only worth it if you’re finding the prices infinitely different to slightly more professional organisations.

The worst agents I have ever dealt with. Avoid Easy Let at all costs. I was shown a property, signed paperwork, handed over money and prepared to move only for them to pull out hours before I was scheduled to move in. My experience with Easy Let inconvenienced me, it left me out of pocket and ultimately it made me homeless. Do not do business with these people. They have shown themselves to be at best incompetent and shockingly unprofessional. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Emails from tenants are constantly ignored. Requests to the agency sometimes take months to get done and need constant reminders. This agency is good with their sales and can get you a place to live quickly, but they're very bad when it comes to their own administration and supporting their tenants.
