Discovered this local shop in Summer lockdown- it's great with upmarket food provisions for sale. The sourdough bread is delivered fresh daily and a good price compared to some other shops

Spar have really upped their game here, what a gem of a store! This is the whole foods equivalent of the demi-supermarket!! A real one stop shop with exciting eco refill products, including oils, nuts seeds cereals etc. Look no further for eclectic spices, herbs, fresh bakes, hot & cold food (even a cook frozen range in there) drinks and all the other organic (and not) necessities / treats a middle class palated west Londoner could want in one very well laid out store -heaven! Bravo spar! Now please put one in Chiswick x
I shop here at least twice a week, however, recently at least one product from every shop I have bought has been off, which is really bad service. Blue Cheese I bought today, it was fizzy, and pink in colour - definitely not right. Strawberries I bought last week, I opened them when I got home, they were all squidgy, and three of them were mouldy. Not an ideal service, especially when you markup your product more than what they cost in other shops close by.
Great addition to the area. Tasty fresh food, interesting and original products, and three good food stalls. Generally the produce is not cheap, but this is the higher end option that I feel was missing.
Superstore for many organic and special diet alternative foods. Refill stations for nuts, seeds, pasta, grains, wine and cleaning products. Daily soup made from vegetables to reduce their food waste. Fresh bakery section. Some items end up being cheaper by the 100g which is encouraging.
