I had a problem with a dehumidifier and e-mailed the helpline where the problem was picked up by Simon. It’s a delight to deal with a company that, a) its easy to contact b) replies to queries promptly and c) sorts the problem out in an efficient and helpful way. Simon was most helpful, contacted me when he said he would, and talked me through various ways of getting my unit working properly again - you can't ask for better service than that! As and when this unit finally fails I would not hesitate to use EcoAir again

Had a positive experience wth the company let down only by a single setting on the remote control. These air conditioners work, they are reliable, powerful and do exactly what they are supposed to do. This isn't a Daikin lets not get confused here they cannot be compared but if you put it in say yout kitchen, large living room, office, shop or a larger environment this is perfect. Its not \silent\ inside its reasonably quiet but you won't get a silent for any of thier products. The box outside is 1bb noiser than my daikin which is 2000 more so its very quiet. Its not for people who cannot sleep with air conditioning on as you can hear it, its not that loud inside but you can hear the fan when its on. These units are powerful and I have been thinking of replacing my daikin with this one from this company. (So I will have 2 from eco air) Their customer services could be better but being a tiny company with a huge demand for A/C, I can understand why they struggle at times they are busy. Well priced 500 for instllation and the Units around 799 depending on size its a bargin. Best used in a single mode, like coolimg only or heating only you cannot set it to switch between the two like the daikin. Lovely unit so glad I chose them, small price to pay for 25 years of reliabiliy. Lovely product. Thank you :)

I have been using Ecoair DD1 desiccant dehumidifiers for 4 years (three in total). I have to say that during the first 6 months this DD1 is excellent extracting water from the environment but then stars declining until the point it just collect little water. The WORST of this is the technical support not to say that to get spare parts is impossible. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AT ALL.

I’ve got two dehumidifiers, Ecoair DD-128 and DC-18 Compact. They've stopped working after 3 years of intermittent use. Bare in mind they were bought only a month apart, and different types, Desiccant and Compressor. However, they've broke at exactly the same time. This does not seem like a coincidence. I suspect their dehumidifiers are designed to break after a certain period of time, and certainly after the warranty period is over. Before this they have been working just fine, and as a matter of fact look like new. Unfortunately I’ve also come to realise, UK brands tend to be bad in general. The customer support takes two weeks to respond. Want to charge half the price of the dehumidifier. Absurd!Stay away from this brand. You will be throwing your hard money into the bin!
