I am hoping to make this a two part review, second part to follow after using the products. So this is a review of the service and my experience of the company and their website. The 5 stars applies to all of the above. Having looked at their detailed reviews of products on their website I emailed for a bit of help and fine tuning as a novice 'real' shaving person. I got an extremely speedy and helpful response that helped me choose my products. They were dispatched very quickly and I was delighted to see they were in recyclable packaging with no plastic tape in sight - plastic reduction being one of my reasons for changing my shaving tools. A further email from me was answered well outside regular business hours and again was extremely helpful. Im sure the products will live up to the experience, but I will let you know shortly. Highly recommend these guys, but especially to those making the switch to 'traditional' shaving. Many thanks Andrew

Have been using the Feather razor for about a month now and am absolutely delighted with the results and the experience. Whilst it cost a lot the actual razor has been a joy from opening the box and picking it up to find the weight, balance and size ideal for my hands in comparison to previous razors I'd used before. The shave leaves a smooth skin and so far no nicks - important for me as my current medication means I bleed easily and profusely. The service I received has been excellent. I phoned Edward's before purchasing the razor online and the time they took to answer my questions and provide useful tips and explanations persuaded me to buy. It all arrived on time. Finally, absolutely love the barrel stand that the razor stands upright in; so much better than the dangling stands many other provide. Only outstanding question now is how many shaves from a blade; was expecting around 15 and will have to see how that works out.

Hi I bought the Feather AS 2DS razor. This feedback is for the customer service and speed of delivery not the razor! I spoke to Tom regarding my purchase, who was very helpful and assured me I would receive the item the very next day. I placed the order at 13:00 and indeed I received the item the very next day. So stars are for delivering on the promise of next day delivery. And there was no additional charge.

Brilliant company to deal with! Edwards gave me brilliant advice on which razor would suit me best which was the very affordable but beautiful designed fatip. I also bought there own brand of soap which is hands down miles better then anything I have used before! I hugely recommend this company you will not be disappointed!
