The food was good although the authenticity was slightly compromised. What was most disappointing, however, was the customer service. We visited having seen an advertisement for 25% off total bill (excluding service charge - as such all of the prices mentioned below do not include it). At the end of the meal, the bill did not reflect this. After addressing this matter with the waitress, we were told that this offer only applied to reservations and that we were only entitled to a discount of 20% (despite there being no such indication anywhere online). Following this, we had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, who was very polite, however not very helpful. After some confusion on his side, he informed us that he will correct the bill to reflect a discount of 25%. Unfortunately, after this correction, the bill still did not reflect a 25% discount. It was bill of 98.90, and the discount given was only 20.11 (which is approx 20.33%). At that point, we were both too tired to have another discussion about this so we paid and left. I hope it is well understood that our issue was never paying for the food or service received, but the misleading nature of the offer and the manner with which the owner dealt with it. A lot was left to be desired. As a restaurant owner, calculating 25% off the bill should be an easy job. My partner and I are left disappointed as we would have happily returned to this restaurant paying full price had the customer service been better. I hope this was an isolated experience and that a better service is given to other guests.

The food is quite good, but the price point is a bit too high on my opinion. The portions are good and the presentation is nice. The staff is friendly too.
I really love the dishes and customer service, awesome location nearby to where I live. The staff members are always super friendly. Will come visit again.
Have been here a couple of times now, both as a couple and as a group and both times the food was excellent, all the staff extremely friendly, great atmosphere and Jorge the head chef has personally come over to check on how our meal was. One of our favourite London restaurants.
Being from an Ecuadorian background, I was really looking forward to trying the food in this restaurant after hearing many great things. Unfortunately I was rather disappointed. I think sometimes food is better when done traditionally, and not made fancy for gringos. My experience with the owner was also not ideal as there was an issue with the ongoing offer, a 25% discount was to be applied to my bill but unfortunately wasn’t. This wasn’t the case for my table only, as I witnessed the same happen to a table nearby.
