I wish I could give 0 star to be honest. Here is my first time experience with this place: I went there for the first time to return two collect parcels. When I walked in there was no customer at the counter so I gave one parcel to the man behind the counter. Surprisingly he pushed the parcel back and yelled “ let me treat my customer first”. I was shocked at his rudeness but didn’t say anything. I stepped back and let the person who was standing behind me pay for a pack of snack. After the customer left, there was nobody else buying anything there then I handed him a parcel again. He scanned it and i gave him the second parcel. Now he started shouting” why don’t you give me two at the same time?” I said “ because they are for different addresses?” He stared at me and shouted “what you people do all day is returns?!” I couldn’t believe what I heard and said “ are you kidding me? This is my first time here!” His astonishing awful manners are unheard of! I also wonder what he meant by “ you people” . and seriously, if you hate collect clients so much then don’t become a collect retailer! I don’t think I can ever use collect plus or go to this embassy news again simply because of this awful experience. This is the rudest place I’ve ever encountered in the world!
