Terrible and rude staff, didn't want to help me on a simple query and seemed annoyed to be called and they tried to end the call stright away. They need to train the staff how to deal with basic queries!
no website they hate customers disturbing their otherwise tranquil day. someone has to rebuild Libya but they make it soooooooooooooo hard to get a visa, so how can u help? Oh, and dooooo try the Tunis embassy of Libya - caring sharing to a fault.
