Called this embassy just today (27.Jan.20) to inquire about renewing my passport and issuing one for my newborn. The person who answered was the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve come across for a long time! After about 30 seconds through the call, she suggested that she was very busy and that I should just go on the embassy’s website and find the information I needed!! The embassy’s website doesn’t have the answer for my inquiry!! Just wondering- has that member of your staff ever received any sorts of training?! And has she been supervised to make sure she’s doing the work she’s supposed to do?!!!
