Pros: People in the front line at the embassy are great! All are very helpful, polite and help you on your questions and queries! The lady on the last counter was lovely and super helpful! Thank you if you are reading this! Cons: The earliest appointment for passport renewal was in 6 months! I think it’s unacceptable! Booked my appointment in July and earliest date was January! I think the Embassy could do this better. Other tips: If you are driving, there is street parking by the embassy which is very handy. Lastly, I do love the license plate of the councillor’s car! BG1!

I went there today with my family to renew our passports. The service was great as always! The people who work in the embassy are absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful! Just the kind of people who make me feel proud Bulgarian. It took us 30 mins in total to submit 4 applications! Thank you so much for the great service!
