horrendous. You have to book your flights prior to booking your visa appointment which is a lengthy online process only to find out their next availability is 3 weeks after you’re suppose to fly out (their website says don’t apply before 60 days before your trip) The website shows availability dates that disappear. The phone lines are always disconnected during “working hours” and when you eventually get through an hour before closing, an automated message in plays in Turkish (when you’ve pressed 1 for English at every given opportunity) and hangs up. How many people during a pandemic are trying to open a visa to Turkey in London?
It may be possible to expedite an appointment by employing the services of a translator.
