Desperately needs renovation, very tatty inside, one would think the Vietnamese government would invest in it a bit more. Staff friendly and helpful though. We got a document wrong and they printed a correction out for us. Fire alarm needs seeing to though, beeping all day! It is what it is. We have no other option to fulfill legal work and can't do it in vietnam itself.

I came to renew my passport. Everything was fast and efficient. The staff were also friendly. However, there’s no longer delivery service since many lost passports have been reported so you have to come in person the second time to collect it and IMPORTANT: you can’t pay by card so have some cash ready!

Just going off my own experience I arrived at 9:35 and was in a queue of 4 people. I had already filled out the form and paper clipped the passport picture to it so all I can do was hand it in to the admissions she checked it and I gave my passport. I got a receipt went to the payment counter 55 as I am going for 30days and chose to collect the visa in person. Took 15mins max. I will be returning to pick it up in 3 days. Very smooth and chill.
So, I’ll review on the service provided here. As the Website is managed by someone other than these employees, it’s unfair to bundle them in together. Service was good, for Vietnam standards (not meaning to be rude) I arrived at 9:45 took until 12:00 to get everything I needed completed. Bring your own: pen, substantial cash (380.00) for a police check and if you used forms printed from the website. These are useless and outdated. Have breakfast before going as there is no facilities. No queue system so just stand/sit when you are ready in the front two desks.
