My mum Noella Long bought two tickets for my sisters birthday for a show in April. The redeem vouchers do not work. She has sent numerous messages to Encore tickets. A Veronica Fillipopoulou customer service offered to redeem the tickets for my mum. Since then she’s disappeared. No answer from them. The phone number on their website is either busy or dead. Absolute disgrace. Give my mum her money or rebook her for another date.

I bought tickets to see Pretty Woman back in March, but obviously due to COVID this got cancelled. Encore Tickets then emailed in May to say I'll get a voucher in 2 weeks. I have emailed them numerous times, and I am still waiting for my voucher. Terrible customer service and I would definitely not use Encore Tickets again in the future to book tickets. Terrible!

Very poor customer service.Yes we've had covid,theatres are now open but unfortunately can not use credit note issued by encore.Despite numerous emails and phone calls the show I wanted to see pretty woman is more or less sold out.Will not use these again ,can't get reply for refund.Credit voucher no use has there's nowhere to put in basket?? Thanks again encore for unsatisfactory customer relations. Good luck with anyone with same issues.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I emailed this company twice! The credit voucher I received after my show was cancelled does not work! I want my money back

I received some vouchers for a cancelled show but wanted a full cash refund. Encore didn’t reply to any of my emails until I emailed STAR TICKETS, THIS COMPANY IS THE SOCIETY OF TICKET AGENTS AND THE COMPANY YOU COMPLAIN TO. I did complain, encore then got in touch with me as star tickets sent in a complaint to encore, I got a full refund within four weeks. Hope this helps others
