Staff is rude and have lack of knowledge about materials and stones. Staff is really arrogant and rude altough we purchased items before with over 500 value. The quality of the products are really bad, some of them are branded but some of them are not but you can't see any proof of the brands.

Extremely rude staff never again
Never again! I and my sister ordered name necklaces. We have been told it will be ready in 5 days and we will get a call. They never called we had to call. Then I sent mum to collect them and when I got it from her it was nothing like we ordered. The names were a few sizes smaller than what we were shown. My necklace broke the 1st time wear. After about 3 weeks I got time to go and speak to them about the 2 problems mentioned above. I had a lot of arguments with the owner, who said he is not the owner but obviously he was, that at the end he will make my necklace bigger as shown but not the other one. Then we spoke more and he agreed to do the other one for 20 extra. Unbelievable!
