Really disappointing! I have a Sage Barista that had just passed its warranty date before it stopped working, so sent it to EspressoClinic for repair and service. I decided to choose them because of its good reviews but my experience was quite poor. They estimated a repair time of 2-3 days but it took over a week. When chasing for updates I was unable to get hold of someone. Eventually getting my machine back after a further 3 days of chasing (would only respond to text). When it was returned it came back with accessories missing to which they claimed we didn't send, only to have some but not all dropped back days later. I have now had to replace the missing accessories at my own cost as EspressoClinic has ignored my enquires regarding the remaining missing parts.

These guys were recommended to me by my friend and to be absolutely honest I couldn’t choose better. Since we have opened our cafe espresso clinic helped us uncounted number of times - from choosing right equipment through adjustments to coffee suppliers. Great reputation comes from hard work!
