The worst service I have ever had and think ever will. Ordered 9 Picture frames as they looked nice and very well priced. It was next day delivery which i had no choice in but did not mind as the picture frames where so cheap. 2 weeks later still no frames, called the service number the lady told me UPS had kept them at the hub and they will dispatch them again for next day. 4 days later still no frames so i called again spoke to the same lady she said it was a stock issue and i will get 3 today and 6 tomorrow. 3 turned up in a large box with no packing around it the middle frame glass was smashed. Phoned again spoke to the \manager\ she told me my 6 other frames will turn up in 2 weeks due to a stock issue and the one that is broken will be put on back order but might come in earlier so she will call me back with an ETA. Another 4 days later still no frames so called the \manager\ again who claimed she didn't know anything about it until i reminded her and she told me they will be with me in 2 days maximum including the 1 on back order. The next day i received 6 frames again with no packaging but luckily not none where broken! The following day another one which also was no broken however not one of the packages i had so far had \fragile\ on the box. To my utter devastation i had to order 1 more and needed it to match the other 9 which again next day delivery and i actually got it the next day however it looked like someone had threw it around the packaging was ripped glass was in the packaging all smashed....... Called AGAIN got my new replacement frame today to find the frame is chipped and it is a black frame so obvious and unusable. luckily for me i have 2 spare frame and 1 intact piece of glass. Would NEVER use this company again and will make sure i make anyone and everyone avoid using them. Oh, and to stick the knife in more I found almost the same frame in B&M for cheaper i could have cried!

Prices OK but not always the keenest. Service again OK . . .but . . . if there is an issue with a delivery the customer service is the Company's weakness. It can be a struggle to find anyone who cares enough to help.

Horrific! Ordered a printer, some paper and some pens. It was the printer I needed and ordered it as it was advertised as delivery for next working, well after 5 days it hadn't arrived, but the paper and pens had. I emailed customer service and got no reply, so I rang after a further 2 days. I got told that it was out of stock and I would be given a refund which would show in my bank account after 3-5 working days. Now on day 8 and still no refund, so I am 279.08 down. I have never dealt with a company which has as appalling customer service as this one and would recommend that you do not give this company your money as they are clearly con artists!

I placed an order and I paid with a legit credit card. They payment went through and I was naturally expecting a delivery. Instead of delivery, they requested my credit card statement and a bill to verify my address. I sent these completely legit documents. I found it weird but I still send it. Instead, they wrote a response saying that since I didn't provide sufficient evidence, they are cancelling my order. What kind of customer service is this? They literally choose to not sell their product to me for no reason. I will never shop with them again.
