Huge station paired with the national rail. Unsurprisingly gets busy. But looks to be kept clean and is reasonably accessible for disabled users. There is a mobility assistance reception which is great and to be applauded. During covid the underground was fairly busy but less than usual with everyone wearing masks. The national rail part was more or less deserted

The place is so organised that it takes one no more than 10 minutes to get on board including waiting for the train and ticket checking. They’ve a huge display of train timings and their respective platforms. There’s a ticket counter to buy tickets for all in land destinations but it’s preferred to book one in advance as prices get up near departure with decreasing chances of availability. Facility of E-ticket has actually hastened the process of boarding. The station is very neat and clean, with multiple food outlets and a food court on the first floor. There’s also an electronic store for end time shopping. There are few restaurants and coffee shops just outside the entrance in the open area.
Euston Station
Very busy station lots of shops excellent service people are very friendly nice and clean
We've used the Underground section many times over the years, which leads up to the main hub of Euston where you'd get your shops and other services to visit if you have time or just waiting for your next train. Was a pleasant visit, wasn't that busy during our interchange. Not bad.
