Mis informed about the booking. Had pre paid and then asked for deposit of 300 when called to clarify the lady on the phone was awful and hung up on me. When I called back to sort it out she then asked for 500 deposit due to MY attitude. She then demanded it via banks transfer this was within a few hours of my arrival time i explained I couldn't do it by bank but would on my credit card she then shouted at me telling me I was being a trouble maker guest and that they didn't want me staying there. Absolutely shocking I came off the phone shaking, I am doing my best to a refund as I didn't want to stay there.

I called to discuss a booking that was made with this company and immediately after giving my confirmation number I was told there’s nothing that can be spoken about regarding the booking and there she is too tired this Monday morning to deal with past booking queries. She then said I must not bring up the matter again or call again. I asked how do I go about making a complaint regarding what has happened (taken almost 100 with no stay at their accommodation) she says to me it’s all online then hung up, I tried to call back once she answered then hung up the phone on me, tried again and she blocked my number. I would never recommend this place as if there is any problems the Customer service won’t help at all.
Horrid customer service and rude communications, overbearing and heavy handed booking policy (they want ID of all guests). They act as if you're a nuisance, not a guest. I chose to stay elsewhere even though my booking wasn't refundable - that's how much I disliked the experience. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
