They never collected at required time. So every time i had to call them the following day and ask for and even after that many times they didnt collect. It s causing the problem cause cardboards are getting wet when is raining also other people are adding more rubbishes to mine one thinking its a place to throw it away. I dont feel well calling numerous times for just one collection, seriously its really disappointing.

Generally a good company to work with. Their online portal is excellent and their customer service is good for a waste company. Much better than local council! Emma was great at helping with questions via their website.

I have used First Mile for 4 and a half years. Terrible service. We've have many failed collections. Also had their drivers sell us bags, provided no receipt and after talking with First Mile via phone, found out the Drivers are pocketing the cash and stealing the bags from the company. Very poor service. We have rolls of bags and tape for cardboard remaining. Have been told multiple times they will not refund. This is disgusting, We are only cancelling the service due to FAILED COLLECTIONS. My advice to anyone thinking of using this company is this. DON'T! You will be let down. I've had to constantly bring bags back in due to the missed collections and use yet another bag because cats have ripped them. For this reason they do not work out cheaper than the council etc. Had they have collected when they said they would, it would be no problem and we would still be a customer.

I am super impressed with the garden waste collection service they offer, I ordered a garden waste delivery on Sunday 10th May at 7pm and they arrived at 2.45pm the next day. I emailed in the morning to ask what time they would arrive and they were quick to respond and confirm. They collected our garden waste quickly and were super clean. They are really reasonably priced. I cannot recommend them enough. With the tips currently closed, I would go ahead and book First Mile for your garden waste.
