Manager and the team are very welcoming and overly helpful. Good range of equipment and classes available. Studio space is free during the day for use. Really clean and well looked after facility. If you want to avoid the busy clubs at peak hours I would recommend visiting London Bridge.

I signed up to a contract stating that I could cancel my membership if my 'situation' changes (If I move address or leave my job). I've done both of those, I'm now nowhere near a fitness first and hence have attempted to cancel my membership on three occasions. The first time I walked into a gym and cancelled it, only to find out 3 months later that the receptionist paused my membership for 3 months and have now started taking out monthly payments. I then tried to cancel online but they want me to pay off the rest of my contract (even though the agreement was that I could cancel at no cost if my situation changes). I then tried to cancel it over the phone with head office (on 3 separate occasions), each time I was told someone would call me back 'tomorrow', it's been 4 weeks now and no still no call back or email. Just a couple of other things to note, when I first signed up I was told that there would be no joining fee (a January offer), they then charged me a 20 joining fee in February lool. (this actually made me chuckle so it didn't bother me too much). Then I was told I would get the commission back if I referred friends etc, I referred around 5 people who joined up and still no commission refund. I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt but fast forward 6 months and I've realised this gym and most people who work here (that I've communicated with so far) are absolutely atrocious. Don't get blind-sighted by good deals as these are only a way of pulling you in, and then the rest is history for them.

Welcoming staff, good classes. Convenient location. Gym spread over 2 floors, weight area is small and easily crowded. There is frequently a bad smell in the ladies changing room. Equipment takes a long time to be repaired.

At first, I liked it. Then the problem started. The sauna in men's changing room stopped working for 3 months and no sign of trying to fix it after repeated complaints - it's still not fixed. Shower heads are sagging and clogged. The toilet smells bad. The staff will lie to your face to keep you as a member. It is not the type of service I expect from 65 membership. If I could, I would have like to have given them zero stars. Stay away from this gym.

WARNING, they will sign you up in 30 secs but cancelling is a nightmare, still don't know where I am after not being there for 4 months, they carried on taking out direct debits for 2 months after I cancelled so I cancelled it on my end. I did what they asked, sent a ticket of me leaving the country then got told a month later that they couldn't open the attachment. Sent it again and apparently it got forwarded to head office, 1 month later and another payment goes out then I email them very angrily to be told I'm being inappropriate (HA!). Sent them the attachment again and still haven't heard from them, doubt I am going to get reimbursed and they will probably still have me in their system as active... absolutely useless. Gym itself was not to bad but 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND
