Very helpful and reasonable staff. I originally had a membership here so that I could access both the Queens Park and Preston branches. Unfortunatly due to DW closing down my membership became half-way useless to me, so I had to change gyms. Fergal, the general manager, and the member services team were very helpful when I explained my situation and gladly facilitated a cancellation of my membership. 10/10 would become member again in the future.

Every time something breaks it takes a long time to get it fixed. Sauna not working for a few days now. When it does work, it's never properly cleaned and has a puddle of gunk right in front of you as you step in. The thermometer and hydrometer don't function at all. The changing rooms need to be upgraded. The lockers are ancient, some of them don't lock others are about to fall apart. Rowing machines missing screws and all have varying intensity on the same setting. The flooring is fixed with duct tape. On the plus side there is some new equipment brought in about half a year ago.
I have recently joined fitness first queens park and have honestly found the gym clean. Also the staff are so helpful and friendly. So glad I I didn’t listen to previous reviews. Would highly recommend this gym to friends and family of mine.
Great Gym with friendly & Professional member of staff like Kyle & Jo always go’s the extra mile to deliver best customer experience. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who not only wants to stay meet but has member of staff that are willl to assistant you with anything.
Don't bother trying to ring them unless you are paying money anything else they just don't care. pushy sales tactics taking advantage of vulnerable people. Their latest trick is dumping marketing material on random streets. (55 kingsgate rd NW6).
