BEWARE: Book online to secure better prices. I booked a screen replacement online for 39 then went into store. On arrival, I was quoted 55 for the same thing. They honoured the online price (so they should!) and completed the work quickly and to a high standard.

I went in on Thursday to have my phone fixed. They immediately arranged for the spare part to be procured and I returned back on Saturday to have it fixed. Bear in mind between that time they gave it a little clean up to ensure it worked until then. And now...ECSTATIC. Going back next week to have my battery replaced. Regular customer here now.

The motherboard of my laptop had died, and so a family friend recommended FixLocal as it is local to me. Took my laptop there and they successfully revived my laptop. I highly recommend them.

UPDATE: Your reply is misleading at best. I called on a weekly basis and you never returned calls (allegedly, you tried to call back 2 weeks ago). You also wrote my phone number on the back of the laptop. Finally, my laptop barely stands together and the frame pops a bit more each time i use it, which means I will incur an extra cost to repair it again in the very near future. That being said, I updated the review from 1 to 2 stars because you cleaned the Mac again for free & replaced the speakers. I left a laptop for repair about 3 months and a half ago in this shop. I have called on a weekly basis and each time I have been told that either they will get back to me, which they absolutely never do, or that the laptop will be ready the following week. I have asked at least twice for a written confirmation that they hold my laptop, but each time the manager said that I don t need to worry about this and dismissed my request. Despite frequent calls and visits to the shop, I always get the same answer: we''ll get back to you. Even worse, they have allegedly replaced a speaker for another laptop (a Mac) I brought; the speaker worked for 3 weeks and then broke. This is the worst service I have ever had in my life. I will update this review once they decide to actually contact me back and fix the laptop.
