F-LEX has provided the greatest service and support to build my legal career through paralegal services. They have partnered with traditional law firms and in-house legal teams to provide all parties involved with high-quality and interesting opportunities to engage. Many of my F-LEX colleagues have gone on to fulfil permanent positions with their respective clients, and others like me have found a perfect balance working a mixture of part-time and full-time while also completing law school and similar pursuits. The team at F-LEX is innovative and accommodating, so the process to join and begin engaging with clients was easy to start and easy to maintain. I have been working with their team for 8 months across multiple engagements, and I feel like it has been a perfect supplement to my legal education to make real practice of new skills and develop the ever-important commercial awareness.

Would highly recommend it. Flex is an amazing platform. I have signed with them since early 2019 and I got several placements through them as a paralegal and it helped developed a lot of my skills. They were specially amazing during the Covid Pandemic, when finding work is particularly complicated. They not only have several amazing companies they work with but their staff is very friendly and helpful.

Over the past two years, F-LEX helped me secure several placements as a paralegal at a variety of companies. These have included an international law firm, a corporate intelligence firm and a national utility provider. They always ensured that I had the flexibility to work around studies or other commitments, on both a part-time and full-time basis. The experience I gained through these placements undoubtedly helped me secure a training contract with an international law firm. Above all, I always found the staff easy to work with and conscientious. You really get the sense they do their best to find you a position which works for you.
