Firstly I just want to say how amazing things have been since getting these orthotics and how grateful I am to Christophe! You have really impacted my life in ways that you can’t imagine. I really didn’t go into this with any expectations because I really didn’t understand anything about orthotics until speaking to you on the phone and I didn’t understand how a shoe insole was going to help me with a problem that didn’t seem fixable without an operation but I was wrong and am extremely happy about that. It hasn’t been a month yet and already the changes are magnificent! I can run now! I am walking for over an hour whereas before I wouldn’t even do a 10 minute walk. Even without the orthotics I am noticing differences so I am super excited for the months to come. I never leave reviews but if someone sees this and decides to get the help and it changes things for them like it has for me then I will be very happy. Thanks again !

I am a repeat customer and have tried many different orthotics manufacturers and think that these are the best. They aren't cheap, but my orthotics have lasted over a year (still in good condition) and I am very sporty. The staff are very knowledgeable (and friendly) e.g. they recommended I not have the metatarsal pads any more and 'effectivement' my feet adjusted well and I don't have any foot pain any more! Amazing! Oh and neither do I have any more back pain, and with regular stretching my knee pain has also gone! I can now run over 10km with ease! Merci!

Oh wow, what a great experience at Foot Factor! Christophe is so attentive to every word I'm saying during the consultation and answering all my questions and concerns about my feet. I sure learnt a few new things about my posture, balance, hips, knees and feet. Dear Christophe You saw me on the 6th February which is some two weeks ago. The insteps have been just incredible. The sciatica has gone. I walk normally for the first time for 15 years and the pain in my foot is also going away. Absolutely incredible and I am extremely thankful for your help. It is unbelievable that no one suggested this to me before after spending loads of money on osteopaths, specialist doctors, doing x-rays, thinking about doing micro surgery etc. This simple ingenious instep solution was never ever proposed to me as an option until my friend told me about you some 3 weeks ago.
