I am veryupsed today for this taxi driver . LT66GGP please never goo whit this black man. Him is very crazy guy . Today i am so scare how him start scream for non reazon. Maybe this driver is take the drugs.

I have just had a really bad experience on behalf of one of our Patients He came by one of there cars & was dropped off outside our Opticians which is Kassford Opticians on London Road. We rang them back to collect the Patient & was told the driver would park outside the shop as the Patient is disabled & is on Walking Sticks. We Got a call from the driver saying he was outside but could not see the car, so we rang the mobile he had rang us on & he said he was up a alleyway opposite the shop, he said he couldn't park there because it was red route, i explained to him that you can park there for 20 mins in between 10-00 till 4-00pm unloading & loading, he said that if he got a ticket we would have to pay 120, i have worked here 20 years & never had anyone receive a ticket in these circumstances, he then sat in the car and never got out to help the gentleman get into the car, not even open the car door!! i had to leave the shop to help him myself even a bus passing stopped so that we could pull the door open wider! I then rang the office & got the same attitude from the controller he was very rude too!! Shocking attitude!!!
DO NOT USE THIS FIRM IF YOU NEED A TAXI FROM ST THOMAS' HOSPITAL. They didn't tell me how much the fare was going to be and took ages to arrive. The fare from the hospital to Victoria Station ( 1.5 miles) was 20. In addition the driver dropped us - with a disabled passenger - at the furthest point from the platforms. Black Cabs are so much cheaper and turn up quicker ! 20 is quite simply daylight robbery. 1 star is generous - if I could give no stars I would have done :o)
I live in Forest hill. This company has some sort of deal with Guys hospital, there is a 'red dedicated phone' in the Guys main lobby. For this company to have a contract and control cars around London bridge 6 miles from their controls is beyond their capabilities I used my mobile as I had the number being local to their company. I booked a cab for set time in the evening, which thy text back to confirm, after a day surgery procedure, but when calling back just before the time they confirmed, they said that a car had not been allotted to our 'confirmation. And when calling back at 17 minutes after the confirmed time, I was told I would still have to wait for another 20 minutes. And through past experience of this company, their promises often fall short. I would not recommend.
Forest Hill to Shortlands - via Catford??????? Quicker to have gone through Sydenham and Penge, then Beckenham!
