Fran is an absolute gem! She did a fantastic job for alterations on a wedding dress that was almost three sizes too big on the top... and a little snug on the bottom! Fran is the warmest person too: from the first moment I stepped inside her studio, she made me feel like we had been friends forever. Fran - you're a star! I know some reviews mentioned price was a little high, but for having compared with other seamstresses in London, I can confirm that her pricing is honest and not higher than elsewhere. And what an artist! She managed to make me cry tears of joy and call myself beautiful as I looked in the mirror. I cannot thank her enough for everything!

Fran is the best! She altered my dress to perfection. She was so amazing to work with, and reasonably priced. She made me feel so comfortable during the whole process from start to finish. She immediately puts you at ease with her warmth and passion for what she does. I cannot recommend Fran more for alterations. She made me feel so amazing on my wedding day, and I am incredibly grateful for that!

Fran has done an amazing job on my pre-owned dress. The most sweetest and warm person with a great eye for detail. She listened to what i wanted, made suggestions of her own and completely transformed my dress. There was a lot of work to be done due to the intricate lace detail but the final dress was just perfect. I cannot recommend her enough and looking forward to seeing her again

Fran made the whole experience of designing my wedding dress effortless and a dream. She really ensured I was happy with the design and final dress and could tell when I wasn't 100% sure about certain features and made sure I left each fitting happy and stress free! I would absolutely recommend Fran, especially if you have a particular dress in mind but want your own take on it.
