Absolutely 10/10 recommend. All the staff are so lovely and they really listen to what you're saying. My hair wasn't quite what I was after when I last went in and the customer service was incredible; Everyone was so supportive and Paul and Ros did an incredible job making sure i was 100% happy. Especially when i was on a strict timeline to get to a wedding it was the best experience. Could not be happier.

I initially went to Paul as had another salon who messed up my hair system.. Paul was amazing, he spoke about the kind of hair style that would suit me and was happy to get my opinion and after deciding on what we wanted he went on to do an amazing job, hes a master at doing hair systems.. always felt at ease everytime I went and he knew exactly what I wanted, unfortunately due to me relocating I have not been able to go to him for couple of years.. I have tried many others but without a doubt Paul is the best around... and great guy too just not too sure about the footy team he supports lol spuds!
Frankie Cochrane changed my life and answered every prayer! As a Performer , losing my hair was my biggest fear! I had heard about Hair replacement systems before and back in 2015 I popped in for a consultation with Paul and from there , there was no going back. The very next day I had a FULL HEAD OF HAIR. I was very nervous thinking “what if I don’t like it” “what if I look silly” but Three Years later I am still a SUPER HAPPY client ! Not many people even know I wear a system and few tend to ask. But to any men with thinning hair who are wondering what it would be like... all I can say is DO IT. Don’t even hesitate, just go! I have had 4 systems now and each one has been fitted and cut by a different stylist . You’re in safe hands! The moment you walk in the salon you are welcomed with a smile and looked after , jacket taken , coffee in hand and you instantly feel relaxed. You get to talk through the whole process again and you’ll talk about what YOU want . Do your research on styles and feel free to take as many example pictures as you like! From there you will have your head washed & shaved and your new system shall be fitted and styled to exactly how you want it. It took me a little while to get used to as I went from no hair at all to a full head (I couldn’t believe it) but it was honestly life changing.... my confidence grew back and I was then able to head into my career happy with a complete new image! I really hope this helps anyone who is thinking about Hair Replacement and like me, was very unsure . But honestly, Just take that risk . What do you have to lose ?! Excellent Service. Friendly Welcoming Staff, only have dealt with Paul so far, but you can tell how passionate he is about the salon and the services they offer. Very relaxed atmosphere, which I really like. Prices are very competitive and very transparent. Always leave very happy. Would definitely recommend.
Recently I tried the new “Calligraphy cut” at Frankie Cochrane hair salon and the result was fantastic. Grant used the unique tool with incredible precision and removed every single split end of my hair. Thank you for the hard work and endless dedication.
