Trying to close an old account is difficult as my account doesn't show \cancel account\ link. I asked an advisor by email to close or help me with guidance in closing the account completely. It has been a couple of days now with no response. They were quick to reply back that my old free plan isn't available anymore but chargeable subscription is now... it is very interesting how my Freedompop online account shows my old free plan of 200min 200text and 200mb is still active and in an allowance cycle.

They still charge even after porting my number to Vectone. No clear way/number to cancel account from
Rubbish service and no uk phone number to talk to anyone. All calls texts etc are made via your data allowance, be aware they dont work like any other sim card provider Online helps states they will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. Avoid like the plague they are useless
Switched me from the Free service to the paid service. Took 11 payments of 3.90 and as I did not spot it being on a prepayment card they got away with it. Never used the service as the call quality is so poor it is unusable. And I only used the phone on WiFi for Internet shopping. They did not have permission to switche to the paid service. I did not select any paid service!
Requested a sim from them which never came. Thought nothing of it until I was doing my year end accounts when I noticed they've stolen nearly 200 from my account without my knowledge or consent, for a sim they never sent. They ignored my contact for months, then told me they couldn't refund anything over 30 days old.
