A gem in the middle of Covent Garden. This restaurant deserves a Michelin star. Tasty, affordable, and beautifully plated food using high quality ingredients and including a range of advanced cooking techniques. A beautiful restaurant and bar with music to match the ambiance. One of my favourites in London.

We had the tasting menu. Beautifully presented dishes with creative and balanced flavours. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. The highlight for me was definitely the tortellini and the banana and nutmeg dessert - already looking forward to coming back!

Great food! Three course menu has just the right amount of food to leave the restaurant without feeling stuffed. The starter was probably a bit too cheesy. Main was brilliant. Dessert was underwhelming.

I visited the place today and i wish i could give it a better review, unfortunately I cannot. The biggest issue i have to point out was that they were not using tablecloths, worse, they were placing the cutlery on top of the naked table without even putting a napkin beneath them... When people are panicking over infections you reuse the same table putting the cutlery that will go in people 's mouths on the same table other people put their hands on, even if i give them the benefit of doubt and say that they are properly cleaning the tables, which they are not, i am not saying they are not cleaning them properly for restaurant standards, i am saying they are sterilizing them and their staff is probably not trained for that nether. In either case just putting a clean tablecloth and a napkin is probably 10 times more effective than whatever cleaning they are doing. Unlucky for them all of us had medical training so this looked very bad to us. There were other issues, some starters were overcooked and the area we were in was noisy, but the most striking issue, since they put us next to the kitchen and i could see the preparation of dishes, was that a cook placed their naked hand, without even using gloves, in the dishes ready to be served.... Yes i was planning to rate them even lower. And if i get sick tomorrow I will, for now i give them the benefit of doubt that they are at least washing their hands. Not that this would excuse them from wearing some disposable gloves but if they do a proper hand wash and not visit the bathroom while they cook i wont get sick at least. I gave them an extra star from what i planned cause the main dishes were extra tasty, now if they find a way to have them properly and safely served it will be lovely...

Eating out doesn’t get much better than this. Proving that using quality ingredients, gets you quality results. All of the dishes were very good. The service had a good balance of friendliness and professionalism. A great experience all around.
