I have been using Fruit for the Office for approx 6 months now, and I can't speak more highly of the team in charge. Their communication is always so speedy and polite, and they always endeavour to sort out any issues immediately. I requested that we didn't have plastic in our boxes and they now deliver the fruit in the boxes as they are, and this has worked very well for us with no fruit coming out damaged. The fruit is of good quality every single week, and any queries are sorted very quickly. My team get so excited every Monday when it's 'fruit day' and it has genuinely boosted morale around the office. A special thank you to Rachel as she is always so quick to respond and try and find an answer to any questions, she also manages to come across very happy, positive, and professional via email, which is no mean feat. I would recommend this company to anyone.
We were happy with the quality and price of the fruit we received. However, each product came wrapped in individual plastic bags creating a huge amount of waste. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this company until they improve their environmental impact.
