Have you ever had a ring stuck on your finger? Well I have! This summer heat aside from being hot and sticky, made my fingers swell up. I tried a few home remedies such as soap and oil, but nothing seemed to work. Thats where Gems Jewellers comes in! A sophisticated shop located in the centre of Hatton Gardens. The staff were extremely professional and friendly and didn't give up on getting the ring off. Eventually they had to cut it off, but they were so helpful, giving me directions on what to do that it didn't hurt too much. So Gems, aside from being exceptional jewelers also help get rings off!:)
A great shop. The staff gave us the time and advice we needed to buy a perfect engagement ring for us and were a pleasure to talk to. We also got a great deal. Couldn’t have hoped for a better experience given how many shops there are in Hatton garden.
We were in Hatton Garden today looking for a pair of ruby and diamond stud earrings. We checked out around 4/5 shops before seeing what Gems had on offer. The service was great - really knowledgeable and friendly staff who went out of their way to find the exact shape I had been looking for. You could see a noticeable difference in the quality of the stones compared to other shops and they were happy to work with us on the price a bit too. We still had a look around a few other stores after, but it was quickly apparent to us that we'd already seen the best so went back to make the purchase! Thank you to the team there!
