Avoid going here. I drove two hours to get to this place and for what? I went in with my Chrysler Ypsilon January 2019 due to receiving a recall notification letter where the headlights turn off. My technician was Paolo Trabucco. Their solution was to have the headlights permanently on; my headlights no longer turn off at all. I of course did not realize this until I drove all the back home. However, that wasn't just it, whilst checking over my vehicle and doing whatever they were doing, they broke the cover under my steering wheel. I had it drop on my lap whilst I was on the motorway. They didn't even have the decency to admit to their faults.?? Over the past year, I have literally sent a dozen emails and called so many times. The times I did get through on the phone which was only twice!! They promised to send me a new cover but never did and eventually would tell me they didn't know what I was on about. I emailed the manager many times and tried to call him many times - Not once did he himself ever try to contact me. Avoid this place as all they had done was more harm than good, I should have never taken my car into their service.

I had a Chrysler airbag recall. I phoned and booked an appointment a month earlier so they could get the parts in. In addition to that I also booked a gearbox and differential oil change. The called me the day before my appointment to confirm and even asked how early I could arrive. It has also been agreed I should wait in the area when the car was being fixed. I came 0830 in the morning walked around in the area, had some coffee only to be called over an hour later where they told me they would not be able to do my car that day. For the airbag, they said that Chrysler had asked them to test it before changing it!. How on earth do you test an airbag! and for the oil change, they could not do either despite booking a month earlier because they needed a new seal after removing the gearbox! They think people are stupid and they can just say rubbish like that. I wasted 4 hours of my valuable working day for nothing. Because of Glyn Hopkins, I am now driving around with a dangerous airbag and the gearbox oil they do not know how to change. I would never, ever buy a new fiat there.

Yet again I am bowled over with the excellent customer service here. My service and subsequent replaced brake pads along with the loan of a courtesy car was dealt with smoothly,courteously and with the utmost professionalism. Thank you very much Robin and Andy K.

Unfortunately I am unhappy as a Motobility customer as I asked if I could be taken home after dropping off my car to Glyn Hopkins Milton Keynes, I was told that we Glyn Hopkins didn’t have any drivers to do this, then unbelievably a gentleman stood near me and one of the managers said you need a lift to Bletchley and he said yes. I live in Woburn Sands which is about 10/15 minutes drive roughly the same as Bletchley, was lost for words and to see the person being driven away as I stood on the road waiting for a family member to pick me up. I have never had this problem before with my previous Motobility dealership. I am most unhappy. I look forward to hearing a response to this. Thank you kindly. Regards. Mr R. D. Hill.

Reading the other reviews you'd have thought they would have sorted the service issues by now. Sadly not - no call back after investigating a fault so in the end we called them only to be told they would be closing before we could get there to pick the car up. Our own fault in a way as we didn't get the call back promised last time either, so should have anticipated this. Will need to re-book the car in again to fix the fault - one which was 'fixed' only last year. Fortunately all still under warranty. A sad reality of too many businesses that their efforts to win a new customer way surpass their efforts to keep an existing one. As Trump would say: #Sad.
