Nice and clean. Love the pool & sauna. Rubbish customer service and managers who nod, then do what they want anyhow (even if a whole class suggests improvements). Decent class selection and equipment. Booking app a bit cumbersome. Instructors generally great. Wish they had better terms for bringing visitors. Had several people wanting to come with me to check it out, but at 15/visit they've gone elsewhere.

Since reopening post lockdown the gym has done a great job of implementing a booking system for the gym and pool which works well. The booking system for the swimming pool is particularly good with four lanes for lane swimming which ensure that members can book and guarantee a time and maintain be social distancing. New manager is very helpful. The gym has been cleaned and hygiene measures put in place.
Professional courteous staff. Excellent land gym equipment, epic personal fitness coaches, great changing facilities and a wonderful clean swimming pool. Simply superb.
I understand the pandemic has been hard on everyone. But i would have hoped some more or any communication from the gym. They make it impossible to cancel and only refer to sending emails. But taking them months to answer (if your even lucky they will respond). They telling you they will call you back about cancelling but then never call. They gave absolutely no information that all memberahips would be pushed forward due to pandemic and only opened half their facilities but you still have to pay in full. Staff ia rude and very unhelpful. Would never sign up for golds again. My boyfriend had exactly the same issues wanting to cancel. Make sure to read trough everything and get a copy of your contract because they will refuse to send it to you after. They will try to trick you in every way they can.
Great gym and staff. Staff and manager are friendly and polite and are willing to help. Always squeaky clean.
