The variety of resources of the library is lovely and so is the the pick up system. However, I think that there is some problem with the pipes and sewage, because many times the stairs that communicate the different floors have a very strong and unpleasant smell that I won't really describe. Also, more sofas and comfortable areas could be offered apart from the bunch of sofas that they have (which are very nice, by the way).

Tried using the SCONUL service here but the guy at reception didn't understand how it worked so insisted I went to website to fill in another form. Was extremely condescending and raised his voice at me when I tried to explain what the SCONUL confirmation emails were saying. Even though it's close, don't plan to visit again.
